Prevox Health collects only the cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site. No advertising tracking, no data resale.

We use a granular consent system with 3 categories. You can enable or disable them independently at any time via the banner at the bottom of the page (the "Customise" button) or by clearing the cookies in your browser so that it reappears.
1. Essential cookies
Always active · Legitimate interest
Required for the site to function. Without them, you cannot sign in to your file or use the secure forms.
- sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token (Supabase): authentication of your patient or physician account
- prevox-hopital-demo, prevox-urgences-demo, prevox-partenaires-demo, prevox-investisseurs-demo: 24h session after entering an invite-only demo access code
- prevox-cookie-consent (localStorage): storage of your cookie preferences
Duration: 24h to 1 year depending on the cookie. Hosting: Vercel (website) and Supabase (database), not HDS-certified; data is hosted in the person's region (Dublin for Europe, Canada for Canada).
2. Anonymised audience measurement

If you accept it, we use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are visited and to improve the experience. Plausible is GDPR-friendly:
- No third-party cookies, no fingerprinting
- Aggregated data only (no individual tracking)
- GDPR-compliant without requiring legal consent, but we still ask out of ethics
3. Marketing
No marketing cookies to date
Prevox does not run targeted advertising, does not resell your data and uses no advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight, etc.). This category is presented for information purposes only.
Your rights
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without justification, via the banner or by writing to us at dpo@prevox.health
- Access, rectification, deletion of your data: under GDPR articles 15, 16, 17
- Portability: full export of your data in an open format (JSON, CSV) within 30 days
- Complaint: to the CNIL (cnil.fr) if you consider that your rights are not respected
