Your health data is encrypted with a key derived from your password. If you reset without contacting us, your already-saved data (allergies, record, etc.) will become unreadable. Choose carefully.
Option A, Reset & start fresh
You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password. Your encrypted data will be permanently lost.
Option B, Prevox-assisted recovery (escrow)
Our team can decrypt your data via the internal recovery key. Manual procedure (24-48h), you'll be notified at every step, the decryption will be logged in your transparency journal.
